"Sustainable Architecture in London for Modern Living."

By expanding their ground floor flat, Apartment 160 was designed to provide a vibrant young family with a home they could keep for a lifetime. The family desired a versatile space that would allow for growth and programming in a contemporary three-bedroom home. In accordance with the plans, the flat will extend by approximately 6m into the long garden space.

The proposed extension nearly doubles the flat's size, pushing the boundaries of standard planning limits.
