The HW building through history has served as a beacon of the Hackney Wick skyline, influencing design surrounding the area.

With the exciting developments and regeneration surrounding Stratford City, we have created a concept design for the HW building to preserve the influence of studio spaces within the area by creating a series of canvas spaces which intwine in a folding envelope, whilst maintaining the rustic and historic warehouse atmosphere. Throughout this scheme, the LLDC masterplan has been extensively considered.
